Episode 97: Love It Or Bucket List It: Our Plans To Capitalize On All Winter Has To Offer
TBR piles, DIY decor, and organizational plans, it can only mean one thing- another installment of our seasonal bucket lists are here! This week we’re sharing everything we hope to accomplish over the next season in the hopes of inspiring you to grab winter by the horns, too. Listen in as we share what plans we have to celebrate Christmas and how we hope to take 2019 by storm.
See a Christmas show. My top picks would be getting dressed up to go see The Nutcracker or going to see a showing of an old Christmas movie like It’s A Wonderful Life in theaters. I’ve always seen people in movies do that but I never have and it seems very quaint.
Get back into a weeknight meal routine. I have lots of travel coming up over the next few months. And by travel I mean trips to Dallas. But I’ve never really gotten back into a cooking routine since starting my new job and I want to step it up, especially during the busy season when it’s so easy to slip into the fast food rut.
Decorate my entryway. This has been on my to-do list since reading The Cozy Minimalist Home. Her step by step process helped me hone in on exactly what elements I want to add and I started by finding the perfect rug. Then we got leaky pipes and this renovation has taken on a whole new meaning. Operation: restore my entryway is in full swing.
